Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy govern the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Nutri Harvest.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to request returns. Requirements include:
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Ineligible products include:
- Items damaged by customer misuse or improper handling
- Customized or made-to-order wooden products
- Products lacking original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions
3. Refund Processing
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
For damaged or incorrect items, customers may choose either a replacement (if available) or full refund.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
